Supervisor, Bar & Gaming Attendant

The Club is seeking a Supervisor, to join the friendly team and assist in ensuring great service and smooth operations on a daily basis. The role is a combination of Bar, Gaming and Supervisor Shifts offered on a Casual basis, with a view to a permanent position for the right applicant.

To be considered for this role all applicants will:

• Must to hold current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards. ESSENTIAL (only applicants with these qualifications will be considered)

• Ability to lead a team with a hands-on approach

• Have experience in a similar role

• Sound knowledge Beverage, Gaming, TAB & Keno operations

• Have experience with eBet Cardit systems (desirable but not essential)

• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards

• Have an exceptional customer service focus

• Have excellent presentation and communication skills

• Sound PC literacy and administrative skills

• Have strong cash handling skills

• Be able to work well in a team

• Full availability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends

• Senior First Aid Certification is desirable
